A little about me

Just a Developer from Akron

Hey there! My name is Jason and I'm the owner of Little Dog Technology.

After 15 years of working for various small businesses and startups, I learned a lot about solving the everyday problems involved in running a business - specifically by using technology of all shapes and sizes.

In 2022 I decided to make problem-solving for others my full-time job. I love the thrill of taking a complex issue from a business owner, breaking it down into small pieces and then coming up with a customized solution that simply and efficiently solves the issues. There is nothing that puts a smile on my face more than the satisfaction of my clients!

Production Management Platform

A single ERP system for estimate/quoting, project management, production tracking, employee time-tracking and a live job map. Took 4-5 disparate pieces of software and made them into one.

Inventory system

Live inventory & picking system

Created a warehouse pick path, an inventory tracking system and a way to create pick lists - all synced with their point-of-sale database so products stay in sync.

Material takeoff system

Lumber takeoff & estimating engine

A material-takeoff system for a large lumber yard that turns blueprint exports into beautiful & detailed material lists for the sales rep and the client. Took a takeoff from many hours to minutes.

Project management for general contractor

Built a full project management system for a general residential building contractor with contract-signing, estimating, payment-tracking and a sophisticated Site-Visit system for taking photos and notes on any project.
